Specially formulated for high alcohol, speedy fermentation and quick clearing, this is a blend of bentonite, dried wine yeast and nutrients.

It should be used at the rate of 1 heaped teaspoon per gallon of wine and it can be added directly to the must.

Can be used to target an ABV% of 13 -18%.
