Simpsons Aromatic Malt

Brings a beautiful brown depth of colour and has a slightly higher acidity to balance pH.

Its complex sweetness with sour afternotes gives a magnificent mouthfeel.

Using a small amount will give you subtle honey aromas while ramping up the % will give you intense malty and raisins notes.

• Colour EBC: 50 - 70
• Tasting: Malty, Honey, Raisins, Complex Sweetness & Sour after notes
• Usage: Up to 5 - 50%
• Beer Styles: Oktoberfest, Bock, Belgian Style Beer, Porter, Mild, Ales

Kilned & Toasted Malts are usually used in low quantities to contribute a unique flavour to your beer.

Subject to current stock levels, malt is available in bags of 500g and 3 kg.
