UK Mainland Shipping

Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch orders within one working day (Tuesday-Friday), subject to stock availability.
  • Delivery Estimates: While not guaranteed, most orders arrive within two working days after dispatch.

Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Royal Mail Tracked (£3.95 - £5.95, Based on Weight): For orders under 2kg, we ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48.
  • Tracked Courier (£8.50):  For orders over 2kg, we use a fully tracked courier service, with an estimated next-working-day delivery.

Note: Next-day delivery is an aim, not a guarantee, and depends on logistics.

Free Shipping

How to Qualify for Free Shipping:

  • Orders over £85 qualify for free shipping within the UK Mainland (see exclusions below).
  • These orders are shipped via our Tracked estimated Next-Working-Day Courier Service.

Delivery Instructions

  • Postal Services: If you add delivery instructions, we’ll pass them on to Royal Mail. However, we cannot guarantee they’ll be followed.
  • Courier Services: You can request instructions (e.g., "leave in a safe place"), but this is at your own risk.

Excluded Regions

The following postcodes are considered "outside the UK Mainland" definition and do not qualify for Free Shipping:

  • Prices range from £3.95 to £28.00, depending on weight and location (up to 25kg per box).
  • Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days, and all shipments include full tracking.
  • Please note: These are estimated timeframes and are subject to courier capacity.

International & EU Orders

We offer both Tracked Airmail Service and Courier Service for international orders.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

  • Postal Orders: Sent via Tracked Airmail Service.
  • Courier Orders: Sent with full tracking and indicative delivery aims.
  • Delivery Aims: While we provide estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed and may vary based on demand and local conditions.
  • EU Orders: Orders shipped to the EU benefit from reduced product prices, which will be displayed once a delivery address is entered at checkout.
  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties applied by their destination country.

Special Cases & ‘Dry Countries’

  • We do ship to certain "dry countries", but these deliveries are not guaranteed and are at the customer's own risk.
