It imparts a beautiful ruby red hue to beers, whilst offering a well-rounded, sweet, malty flavour.

Through the crystallisation process, spicy flavours are accentuated, making it a great choice for seasonal beers.

Adding caramelised malts to beer increases mouthfeel and body, while also contributing to foam stability.
