Liquid beer finings contains a solution of chitosan and clears up to 23 litres of homebrew beer.
- Add the finings to the beer after fermentation is complete.
- Stir the solution gently and leave to stand for 2 days before bottling or barrelling.
- Allow 2 -3 weeks for carbonation.
